At Beauty of Joseon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order invoice.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
